This bacon cheddar chowder is easy to make in under 15 minutes. It’s the ultimate comfort food, and perfect for getting an adult-sized portion of lean protein. You can opt to add in some shredded chicken or chopped bacon for an extra boost.
Ingredients:
1 pckg Blissful Wellness Bacon & cheese soup
1 oz cheddar cheese (I prefer aged cheddar because it has great depth–you could also go for extra-sharp as well)
Handful of green onions to taste – if you sauté them for 5 min, they have a nicer flavor
1 dollop of sour cream
Directions:
Prepare soup as directed on package
Add desired toppings
Enjoy
