02 Oct Chili Cheese Nachos
These chili & cheese nachos are ideal for a small get-together or as a snack! Try this simple 10-minute protein-packed nacho recipe that makes for a simple treat that you and everyone will love…they’re really delicious!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of ground beef, chicken, pork, or turkey
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 diced yellow onion or shallot,
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 can of kidney or black beans
- Add cumin, oregano, parsley, and smoked paprika to taste
- 2 packs BW cheese dip (find it here)
- Quest Taco chips (find them here)
Directions:
- Sautee onion and garlic on low heat (so they don’t burn)
- Add meat and fry until 1/2 done
- Add seasoning/spices
- Add tomatoes and beans
- Stir well and let cook on med low for 20 min
- Put chips on plate (you can warm them up for 3-4 min in a 200F oven to ensure they’re extra crispy)
- Simply top with cheese dip and chili
- Try adding a bit of your favorite salsa for an extra kick!
