Chili Cheese Nachos

These chili & cheese nachos are ideal for a small get-together or as a snack! Try this simple 10-minute protein-packed nacho recipe that makes for a simple treat that you and everyone will love…they’re really delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb of ground beef, chicken, pork, or turkey
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 diced yellow onion or shallot,
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 can of kidney or black beans
  • Add cumin, oregano, parsley, and smoked paprika to taste 
  • 2 packs BW cheese dip (find it here)
  • Quest Taco chips (find them here)

Directions:

  1. Sautee onion and garlic on low heat (so they don’t burn)
  2. Add meat and fry until 1/2 done
  3. Add seasoning/spices
  4. Add tomatoes and beans
  5. Stir well and let cook on med low  for 20 min
  6. Put chips on plate (you can warm them up for 3-4 min in a 200F oven to ensure they’re extra crispy)
  7. Simply top with cheese dip and chili
  8. Try adding a bit of your favorite salsa for an extra kick!
  9. Enjoy!
