INGREDIENT ITEMS
- 1 slice GoLo bread, rolled thin & toasted
- 1 packet Blissful Wellness Vanilla Protein Pudding Mix
- 1/3 cup butternut squash; peeled, chopped and cooked
- 2 packets Splenda
- 2 oz. 1% fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 regular size egg
- 1/3 cup fresh cranberries
DIRECTIONS
- Place slice of bread in a small baking dish
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Blend remaining ingredients together until smooth
- Pour over “crust”
- Bake for 15 minutes or until solid
