INGREDIENT ITEMS

  • 1 Packet of French Vanilla Mix
  • 8 Ounces of Cold Water
  • 1 Ounce of Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
  • 2 Tablespoons of Plain Yogurt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1-2 Dashes of Cayenne Pepper to Taste
  • 1 Teaspoon of Blackberry Extract
  • 1/2 Cup of Ice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve
