21 May Strawberry Banana Sugar-Free Fruit Punch
Ingredients
- 3 packets strawberry banana gelatin mix
- 24 oz. hot water
- 30 oz. unsweetened pineapple juice
- 72 oz. diet ginger ale
Mix together the gelatin mix and hot water; stir until dissolved. Add the pineapple juice and divide into 2 portions; freeze. One hour before serving, remove from the freezer and thaw to “slush” stage. To each portion, add 36 ounces of the diet ginger ale. Makes 3 quarts (ten 8-ounce servings).
