- 1 packet Banana shake/pudding mix
- 4 oz. water
- 2 Tbsp. low fat sour cream
- 1 packet Splenda or Stevia
- 1 Tbsp. low fat Cool Whip
Combine Banana shake/pudding mix and water in a bowl; whisk until smooth. Spoon into custard cups. Combine sour cream and sweetener; mix until smooth. Spoon over pudding. Top with Cool Whip and serve.
