Ingredients:

1 packet French vanilla shake mix
4 oz. soy milk
½ cup crushed ice
⅛ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
½ cup Egg Beaters

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together; serve chilled.
