01 Apr Hawaiian Pineapple Salad
If you’re bored with the same old salad, we’ve got a Hawaiian-inspired option this week. Lots of protein, low carb, and low cal…what’s not to love? Even better, it can be made within a single jar, which you can easily refrigerate and/or take with you to work. As with most salads, the dressing makes or breaks the experience, and this one is going to wow your taste buds for a change.
- 1 packet high protein pineapple fruit drink mix (find it here)
- 2 oz. water
- 1½ tsp. white vinegar
- ⅛ tsp. ground cumin
- Dash of garlic powder
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the pineapple drink mix, water, vinegar, cumin, and garlic powder; shake well.
Serve with salad greens. Refrigerate leftovers. Shake or stir before serving.
