This week, we’ve come up with a solution that will transform a quick meal into something a little more special. This is a perfect meal for when you want to eat healthy, but just don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen.



  • Prepare BW Mac and cheese as directed.
  • Fry ground beef and then stir in mac and cheese.
  • Finally, add low fat cheese to top and allow to melt.
