Not every meal can be a four course feast, but always resorting to old standbys like hamburger can quickly get boring. This week, we’ve come up with a solution that will transform a quick meal into something a little more special. This is a perfect meal for when you want to eat healthy, but just don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen.
- 2 pckgs macaroni and cheese
- 3 oz lean ground beef
- 2 oz low fat cheese
- Prepare BW Mac and cheese as directed.
- Fry ground beef and then stir in mac and cheese.
- Finally, add low fat cheese to top and allow to melt.
Makes 2 servings.
