14 Aug High Protein Pudding Pops
For those of us with a sweet-tooth, but who don’t want to deal with the empty calories, this is an easy, feel-good recipe. Not only are these a delicious and easy treat the whole family will love, but they’re packed with loads of lean muscle-building protein.
- 1 package of Blissful Wellness Variety Flavor Shake or Pudding Mix
- 4 oz High protein Cashew Almond milk
- 1 tsp triple Greek plain yogurt
- Mix all ingredients together
- Put mixture in popsicle holder
- Freeze 25 to 30 mins.
