Keto Milkshake

On a busy day, there’s nothing better than a cold, keto milkshake. This keto-friendly milkshake takes just a few minutes to make with only a handful of ingredients. Here’s all you’ll need to enjoy this refreshing, satisfying, and healthy, high protein milkshake!


  • 4 packs BW Vanilla drink mix (find it here)
  • Can of coconut milk
  • Heavy cream
  • Vanilla extract
  • Ice cubs


  1. Make BW vanilla mix
  2. Toss all ingredients (except ice) into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add ice cubes and pulse.
  4. TIP: Don’t over blend the ice because it will make the shake watered down.
  5. Top with FF ready whip
  6. Enjoy!
