On a busy day, there’s nothing better than a cold, keto milkshake. This keto-friendly milkshake takes just a few minutes to make with only a handful of ingredients. Here’s all you’ll need to enjoy this refreshing, satisfying, and healthy, high protein milkshake!
- 4 packs BW Vanilla drink mix (find it here)
- Can of coconut milk
- Heavy cream
- Vanilla extract
- Ice cubs
- Make BW vanilla mix
- Toss all ingredients (except ice) into a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and pulse.
- TIP: Don’t over blend the ice because it will make the shake watered down.
- Top with FF ready whip
