01 Aug I Can’t Believe It’s Low Carb Granola
Granola is one of my all-time favorite desserts, especially when it’s topped with something sweet and right out of the icebox. This low calorie, high protein dessert (over 11 grams!) is simple to make, and you can easily customize it to your own taste. I like to add a little bit of zero calorie caramel to mine, but you can add whatever toppings you like. It’s the perfect cool-down for a hot summer day.
