Pancakes with Creamy Blueberry Topping


  • 1 packet Blueberry Pancake Mix
  • 5 oz. water
  • 1 packet instant Vanilla Shake/Pudding
  • 3 drops Maple extract
  • (1 Tbsp. Walden Farms maple syrup — if maple extract is not available)
  • ⅔ cup blueberries


Prepare Blueberry Pancake mix according to the directions on the package. In a separate bowl, prepare the vanilla pudding with 3 ounces of cold water. Add the maple extract (or Walden Farms maple syrup) to the pudding and stir. Prepare pancakes as directed. Pour topping over pancakes, top with blueberries and serve.
