1 1/2 cups of Aldente Pasta
1/2 cup of Plain Almond Milk
3/4 cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 tablespoons of Cottage Cheese
Garlic Salt to Taste
Protein: 54 grams
Net Carbohydrates : 24 grams
Cook the Aldente Pasta as directed on the package.
Warm the Almond milk in the microwave until very hot but not boiling.
Add the Almond milk, cottage cheese and Shredded Cheddar cheese to the hot pasta.
Stir until the cheese is melted. Serve.
