19 Feb Perfect Parfait
It’s hard not to love a parfait, and this healthy and delicious recipe is no exception. You can actually prepare a fun parfait station for the whole family with the following ingredients, and allow your loved ones to construct their version to suit their own taste. This is a great option for a fun breakfast as well, if you’re tired of the same-old-same-old every morning.
- 1 pckg Proti Chocolate-Caramel Granola
- 1 cup Triple Zero Yogurt
- 1 TBSP Walden Farms zero calorie Marshmallow Dip
- 2TBSP Walden Farms zero calorie Caramel Syrup
- You can also mix in a bit of fruit (raspberries and blueberries are a good option)
- Open Proti Granola and set aside
- Mix Yogurt and marshmallow together with a spoon until nicely blended
- Layer your cup or bowl with 1/2 Yogurt mix and then half of Proti Granola.
- Drizzle 1 tbsp of caramel on top.
- Repeat one more time and ENJOY!
