07 Jun NAUGHTY OR NICE EGGS
Eggs are a part of any important WEIGHT LOSS DIET. High in protein, eggs are the tasty way to achieve your goals.
- 12 eggs, hard boiled
- 1/3 cup Walden Farms Amazin Mayo
- 2 T prepared mustard (yellow or brown)
- 1/4 cup sugar-free sweet pickle relish, or dill pickle relish
- Salt (about 1/4 teaspoon, or to taste)
- Pepper to taste
- Garnish ideas: chopped chives. Paprika, or cayenne pepper if you’re feeling daring!
- Split hard-boiled eggs, and remove the yolks.
- Mash the yolks with a fork, and mix in all other ingredients.
- Fill the cavities in the egg white, smoothing the mixture over the top.
- Chill, garnish and serve!
